This position will drive and operate hydro excavation and hydro-jet combo truck equipment. Skid steer, excavator, and dump truck experience are a PLUS. This position will complete all related job documentation utilizing a tabet for company documentation, perform light equipment maintenance, interact and communicate with our Customers to ensure that we exceed their expectations and present a positive image of the company and its employees throughout the industry.

The job requires typical construction hours, with most weeks being approximately 40 hours and other weeks requiring 50-plus hours. Some Call-In Work is to be expected with this opportunity. Minimal travel for short-term out-of-town work assignments is possible. Occasional night work may be required. Training will be provided for highly motivated
candidates

Job Functions

• Responsible for the successful completion of hydro excavation projects, including utility line exposure, debris removal, slot trenching, and digging
• Accountable for completing hydro jetting projects to clean pipes and manholes.
• Operate skid steer loaders, excavators and dump trucks as needed for backfilling excavations and grading disposal sites.
• Filling water tanks, set up/ break down of equipment
• Operate high-pressure wand for excavation and vacuum system.
• Be able to plan and execute remote hydro excavation projects
• Be able to plan and execute storm and sewer structure debris removal projects utilizing Hydro Vac trucks
• Adhere to company policies and perform duties in a safe and eƯicient manner
• Inspect the job site for any safety concerns or hazards.
• Keep the immediate supervisor/manager aware of any issues or problems in the field.
• Present a positive image with our customers and throughout the industry

Qualifications

• Minimum Class B – CDL with Tanker endorsements required

• Preferred Class A – CDL with Tanker endorsements

• Ability to communicate eƯectively in a team environment

• Knowledge of DOT regulations

• Must be able to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

• The applicant shall agree to initial Drug/Alcohol testing and random testing thereafter

• Reliable transportation

• Clean MVR

• Minimum 3 years of utility, heavy construction, farming type experience required

• Experience operating skid steer loaders, excavators, dozers, and dump trucks is a plus

Work Environment

• Must be able to wear the necessary PPE

• Work extended hours if needed.

• Ability to travel as needed

• Ability to work in outdoor weather

• Physical ability to drag and lift pipes and hoses

• Physical ability to enter and exit the truck multiple times a day

• Physical ability to operate high pressure water wand

• Ability to read and interpet drawing and plans

• Physical ability to lift 50lbs over head repeatedly

About the Role
This position will drive and operate CCTV Camera Pipe Inspection Equipment as well as direct labor, be able to locate an underground beacon on the camera, take GPS survey points on the camera beacon locate points utilizing Trimble Survey equipment, and complete inspection reports based on project requirements.

You will be responsible for safely operating closed caption television (CCTV) robotic cameras.

Must have or be able to obtain NASSCO PACP, LACP, and MACP certifications. Must complete OSHA 10-hour and Confined Space training.

Must be able to perform light equipment maintenance, interact and communicate with our Customers to ensure that we exceed their expectations and present a positive image of the company and its employees throughout the industry.

Job Description
This position will provide laborer support to our pipe CCTV camera inspection trucks.

Must have and maintain valid driver license

Must be insurable to drive Company non-CDL vehicles

Must Pass Pre-Employment, Random and Post Accident Drug Testing

Must have reliable transportation Typical work task includes assist in the launching and retrieving of CCTV equipment, assisting in truck maintenance, and various other duties as directed by the truck operators.

Must complete OSHA 10-hour and Confined Space training.
